Heroes, NBC’s hottest Tv Show in recent times, has now been rewarded with full-season pickups for the 2007-08 season. For those of you who don’t know anything about the show, here is a primer. The show has ordinary people waking up with extraordinary superpowers. The characters slowly discover their abilities and the existence of others like themselves. The superpowers can be a curse in disguise, as the same abilities make them a target for a superpowered serial killer - Sylar. The protagonists begin to realize the need to come together to prevent a catastrophe and save mankind. The cast is likeable and the acting first rate and gritty.
