Denis Darzacq is a French photographer who created a portfolio of photographs showing people falling down. The effect is that of people floating in midair. The photos were taken after the riots which shook France during November 2005, to show that turbulence and life are in a precarious balance. In this context, the photographs though already quite stunning, grow deeper in meaning and significance.Link to the photography gallery.
