Reddit has a tradition of changing its cute alien logo temporarily, from time to time. Its latest logo was inspired by a post in the Bounty-Fishing Blog, where a photo of a super-cute Axolotl (a species of Salamander) was compared to the alien in the Reddit logo. Reddit responded by creating an Axolotl mascot for its new logo. Never knew that Salamanders could be so cute. Link.
