Being concerned about the lack of seating space in the Smart, the boys of Fifth Gear wanted to make the eco-friendly car into a four seater, while still retaining the small footprint.
They succeeded in creating something totally unique - a double decker Smart, and later put it to the test against the all electric Mitsubishi i Miev.
