'Your Art Here' - H&M's Online Visual Arts Contest

Your Art Here Contest

Your Art Here’ is an all styles visual arts contest launched by H&M, that seeks to give aspiring artists and creative people a huge platform to showcase their talent to the world. The theme of the contest is ‘New York City’, a subject which will, no doubt, inspire the best from artists.

The contest winning artist’s work will be exhibited in the window of the H&M store located at 42nd Street and 5th Avenue in New York City.

And it doesn’t just end there. The winner will also receive:

  • $5,000 stipend to support an up-and-coming art career.
  • $500 H&M gift card.
  • Roundtrip airfare and accommodations in New York City while installing the piece in the store window.
  • Up to $15,000 installation budget.

Visitors to the contest site get to vote on their favorite pieces of art, and the top ten vote artworks will compete in a final round where they are reviewed by a panel of judges from H&M and art world personalities.

I am thrilled and excited to let you folks know that I will be on the panel of judges, which will review the final top ten artworks. I will be sharing duties with artists and experts such as  Mr. Brainwash, Nancy Barton and Adele Treshchow.
